Vijay Superum Pournamiyum Review

Vijay Superum Pournamiyum Review

And to tell the truth, I was somewhat disappointed to create that discovery since Pelli Choppulu, IMHO, is not actually a movie that wants a movie. It is urban, it is young, it is relatable and there is little a new variant may include (or cut) to select the film to another audience which you could not already hit with a great subtitled version. So I believed.

The atmosphere looks like the 80's and we are shown a hospital corridor with a concerned guy along with his personal astrologer awaiting information in the labor area. His wife has given a woman, leaving the guy frustrated -- because he had been'assured' a boy. Vijay is requested to inspire himself by standing before the mirror and replicate he is super (Vijay super aanu).

With this excess piece, we are nicely prepared for a character analysis about the 2 leads rather than setting off using a meet-cute such as the one in Pelli Choopulu. When both get inadvertently locked in her bedroom prior to the pennu kaanal (matchmaking match ), we appear to know the battles of the opposing personalities. But there is a fresh dimension all that advice adds for this movie. It is maybe easier to see their vibrating sex roles in Vijay Superum than we can from the first.

Pournami (Aishwarya Lakshmi) is obviously the ambitious and functional person of both. She is an MBA (like the way she states), a go-getter and wishes to start her own small business. Vijay (Asif Ali) on the flip side is a engineer (hardly ) who fights to maintain work. It is Pournami that people see speaking about cash and entrepreneurship while Vijay talks about his fire (his only one) for cooking and that he wears the apron inside this relationship. Additionally, is not it fantastic to get a mainstream movie to be on the heroine attaining her dreams with the support of the hero, instead of the other way round?

Unlike in the first, there is a clear despair about why Vijay should get married shortly. His household is under severe financial duress and his union (along with the dowry it attracts ) could save their sinking boat. Again, it is not so often we see the union of a hero as being the only way he believes he is of value to his loved ones.

When the leads are helped by powerful performances by virtually the whole supporting cast, the beats also workout better. Additionally, it is smart the way the particular automobile (the Vijay Super, a yellow Vespa, a Royal Enfield, a classic Qualis, a Mercedes...) accompanies all one of those characters, including another aspect to their character -- and this, at a movie where a food truck plays this important duty.

But there is something lacking in the chemistry involving Asif Ali and Aishwarya. The awkwardness of the first assembly is absent in their performances, particularly in that 1 scene in which Vijay walks up into the doorway denying that it was jammed.

Additionally, it does not help that they play roles they have come to be famous for in older movies. This is how it is with the supporting cast too, who have played similar roles before, however they figure out how to make it work . The detailing at locations look strange. Pournami has images of Padmarajan and his movies onto one of the partitions. She explains how her dad had formerly worked to the legend, but that is it. This piece of advice only confuses us concerning the personality and it seems similar to the fanboy from the manager speaking in contrast to the character.

The cheery cinematography, optimistic scores and a few extremely humorous lines result in an effective vampire that could stand by itself.
